Learn how to cook Western dishes with Asian spices and ingredients including a way to choose ingredients and preparations.

*This class is available only on Wednesday.		 Learn various cooking techniques for appetizer, main dish, dessert and so on! The class is based on customer's request and available ingredients.
 
●Gourmet World Cusine (Half Day Course)
 ●Spa & Healthey Cusine (Half Day Course)
Based on customer's request, the chef creates a course meal (appetizer, main dish and dessert). By applying to rules of the Tao (Yin & Yang), learn real healthy dishes for your condition and body.
 
●Cooking Techniques (Half Day & 1 Day Course) ●Sous-Vide (1 Day Course)
Based on customer's request, the chef provide a lesson about various techniques and knowledge using standard ingredients. This class introduces the specific Sous-Vide or "vacuum pack"method of cooking and preserving food.
